Waitlist Contract
FRENCHIE SOUP WAITLIST CONTRACT
This is an agreement by and between Frenchie Soup (LeaAnn Humphrey) and puppy buyer

At Frenchie Soup we know quality is worth waiting for. For that reason, we have opened waitlists for upcoming litters that can produce exactly what you are looking for.
Although there are no guarantees when females will come into heat exactly, if they will get pregnant, or that the litter will produce the sex and/or colors you are wanting, my best estimates are always
disclosed.

Puppy deposits are a total of $1000. To be added to the wait list, buyer will pay $500 to secure the breeding of their choice and the remaining $500 will be paid when their puppy is selected approximately 2 weeks after birth.

Should the selected breeding not produce a puppy that fits buyers wants, deposit can be moved to any upcoming litter. Please note that deposits for waitlist are non refundable but can be transferred to any upcoming Frenchie Soup litter at any time.

Buyer will have 48 hours after notification of available puppies to make selection (Usually around the 2 week of age mark). After the time has expired, I will move on to the next in line as to not hold up others on their selection. Once buyer makes contact after the 48 hours, buyer
may choose from any available puppies prior to Frenchie Soup continuing through the waitlist.

Should anything happen to either parent of the planned breeding and the breeding is NOT able to occur, buyer will have the option to transfer the waitlist deposit to another future breeding or a full refund within 14 days of termination of the waitlist agreement.
